We love a monster reference, and we're big fans of Grendel's own origin material being used to create a devilishly good spin on a mocha latte. The Beowulf Forest Mocha adds a dash of raspberry and orange syrup to create a fruity ode to fall flavors, mixed with the delicious mocha taste we all know and love. HAPPY CUP COFFEE BAR: CORAZÓN

Happy Cup is a coffee bar with batch-roasted artisan coffee crafted with care by adults with developmental disabilities right around the corner from Jupiter NEXT. Head in and try their spin on a spicy mocha latte with signature drink Corazón, which combines their roasted espresso, house-made, vegan horchata, and chocolate sauce. Topped off with a spritz of orange essence and some shaved Mexican chocolate, this favorite of ours is completely vegan and utterly delicious. Looking for something longer term? Check out their coffee subscription service to keep the flow going all year long.

RANGER CHOCOLATE CO: CHAI LATTE

Another walkable option for fall fare is a quick jaunt over to Cup & Bar coffee shop, which houses Ranger Chocolate Co. and a delectable mix of housemade latte drinks and chocolate bars to satisfy all your autumnal cravings. We highly recommend Cup & Bar's signature Chai Latte, featuring a combo of tea and spices that will set your day off right. Make sure you add on a Ranger Chocolate bar, too -- We reccomend snagging a bar of Polochic, which is named after the southeastern Alta Verapaz where the high quality cacao is produced, is one of Guatemala’s hottest micro-climates and is farmed by more than 50% female farmers.

CREMA COFFEE & BAKERY: CARAMEL SUTRA

Well, you know we love a good innuendo, so we have to mention the aptly-named Caramel Sutra Latte from nearby coffee shop and bakery, Crema. With housemade caramel sauce and sweet vanilla bean syrup, this hot latte is bound to keep you warm inside as the temperature outside starts to drop. We can't mention Crema without dropping some dolla dolla bills on their bonkers baked good selection. Feeling fancy? Try a savory galette! Want something lighter? Fruit scones are the way to go. Whatever you get, you'll be in for a treat!
