Not ready to let the Halloween season go by? Bad Reputation Productions and The Siren Theater are thrilled to be a part of your Halloween season and to bring you the staged parody of the movie that made you afraid to fall asleep in the 1980s.  A show that promises action, suspense, comedy and a certain terrifying striped sweater.  With live music and some of the funniest comedic actors around, this show is a total DREAM.

What better way to enjoy the autumn season than to snuggle up with a book and warm glass of whatever you fancy. Well, good news, book lovers! The Portland Book Festival is back! When 8,500 people descended on the Portland Art Museum for the revived Portland Book Festival (formerly “Wordstock”) in 2015, the message to its new organizer, Literary Arts, was clear: Portlanders love to get their read on, and this festival — missing in action for more than two years — had not been forgotten.
