Being a “Pet-Friendly” hotel means more than just allowing pets on the premises. It means welcoming your pet and providing the accommodations to make them as comfortable as possible. To assure the comfort and safety of your pets, our staff, and other guests, we have established a few policies.
+ No more than one pet may be housed in any guest room without the written approval of management. An additional Pet Fee (as described below) will be charged for each additional pet.

+ The Jupiter Hotel reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at its sole discretion for any reason.

+ Dogs must be kept leashed in public areas at all times. Outside the guest room, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. If the guest walks the pet on the property, the guest must pick up after their pet. Cat owners must provide their own litter and litter boxes for their pet.

+ We are not responsible for unattended pets that may exit the guest room entry door. A non-refundable pet fee of $35 will be charged for each guest room. Service animals for people with disabilities will be exempt of these charges.
+ If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists or if the pet has bitten another guest or employee, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property.

+ We reserve the right to refuse housekeeping services for those guest rooms with an unattended pet not confined to a carrier.

+ Guest will be held responsible for any damage caused by or liability arising from his/her pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the hotel and will be charged a minimum fee of $150. Payment of the pet fee does not relieve the guest of this responsibility.
